Lucky cruisers onboard the Disney Wish for the October 5, 2026 sailing are being treated to a series of clues and hints about the theming coming to the upcoming Disney Believe cruise ship.

Throughout the sailing, guests have been following clues, solving puzzles, and visiting different locations around the Disney Wish to uncover hints about the new ship’s design and onboard experiences. The scavenger hunt will culminate in a live reveal show at 4:30 p.m. Eastern on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.

With so much still to learn about the Disney Believe, I have been excitedly following reports from onboard the Wish to see how these clues compare with the predictions I made a few months ago, shortly after Disney released its original press release and teaser video.

Here is my recap of what I believe the clues are telling us about the Disney Believe.

Clue #1: A Snow White-Themed Central Lounge

Cruisers onboard the Disney Wish were given clues that eventually guided them to the Bayou Lounge. Along the way, they were directed to a porthole featuring letters hidden among constellations in the night sky.

When the letters were unscrambled, they spelled “Wishing Well.”

Once guests arrived at the Bayou Lounge, they were served a poisoned apple-inspired drink in a cup featuring an image of the Evil Queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

To me, these clues strongly suggest that the equivalent lounge space onboard the Disney Believe will be themed to Snow White.

I could imagine Disney creating a slightly darker, enchanted forest atmosphere that incorporates the Evil Queen, while still keeping the space elegant enough to function as a central lounge. An interactive wishing well would also be a really fun touch.

This one actually matches one of my original predictions, so I am feeling pretty good about my picks so far!

Clue #2: A Little Mermaid Piano Bar

Guests were once again sent around the ship to solve puzzles, this time eventually leading them to Nightingale’s, the piano bar onboard the Disney Wish.

The letters guests had to unscramble along the way spelled “Ariel.”

When they arrived at the piano bar, they were served a drink in a glass containing a real seashell.

These clues certainly seem to point toward a Little Mermaid-themed piano bar onboard the Disney Believe.

I think an under-the-sea-inspired lounge could work beautifully in this setting. Ariel’s voice and love of music are such important parts of her story, so tying The Little Mermaid into a piano bar feels especially fitting.

Interestingly, this was also one of my original predictions. I later second-guessed myself and thought Disney might choose a Snuggly Duckling theme from Tangled instead. I may have talked myself out of another correct guess!

Clue #3: A Pinocchio-Inspired Pub

The scavenger hunt continued with more clues leading guests to Keg & Compass, the pub onboard the Disney Wish.

Along the way, guests solved puzzles with answers that included Jiminy Cricket. Once they arrived at the pub, they were served a fun, star-themed drink.

My guess is that this points toward a Pinocchio-inspired pub, or possibly a broader Wishing Star theme for this space onboard the Disney Believe.

This is where my original predictions may have gone off course, since I had guessed that this space would have a Star Wars theme.

Of course, we will have to wait for the official reveal to know exactly what Disney has planned, but at this point it looks like this may be one prediction I got wrong.

Clue #4: An Inside Out 2 Sweet Shop

Another stop on the Disney Wish scavenger hunt led guests to Joyful Sweets.

Along the way, the puzzles asked guests to identify the emotions from the films and match different colors with the characters from Inside Out 2.

When they arrived at the sweet shop, guests were served an orange gelato dessert topped with chocolate designed to look like the hair of Anxiety.

Since Inside Out 2 was featured prominently in the Disney Believe teaser video released a few months ago, this clue makes a lot of sense.

I believe the Disney Believe will feature an Inside Out 2-themed sweet shop.

This could be a really fun and colorful space, although the concept may feel somewhat similar to Joyful Sweets onboard the Disney Wish.

If this prediction turns out to be correct, then I missed this one in my original article. I had predicted a Monsters, Inc.-themed specialty ice cream shop instead.

We should know for sure tomorrow.

Clue #5: Tangled May Be One of the Featured Musicals

Guests returned to their staterooms to find an adorable Pascal towel animal waiting on their beds.

This was such a fun way for Disney to deliver another clue.

My interpretation is that Tangled will be one of the featured Broadway-style productions onboard the Disney Believe.

I still think the ship will also debut a new musical created specifically for the Disney Believe, with Tangled potentially serving as the second major stage production.

This is another clue that lines up with my original prediction.

Tangled appeared in the teaser video, and the full musical production is currently offered on the Disney Magic, so it would make sense for Disney to bring the show to another ship.

Clue #6: Encanto-Themed Staterooms

Guests onboard the Disney Wish were also sent around the ship to locate three stateroom doors covered with large images from Encanto.

That certainly seems to suggest that the Disney Believe will feature Encanto-themed staterooms.

Since Encanto was prominently featured in both the original teaser video and Disney’s press materials, it makes sense that the movie will have a strong presence onboard the new ship.

Personally, I still think Disney may have even bigger plans for Encanto beyond the stateroom artwork.

I would not be surprised to see either an Encanto stage production or possibly an Encanto-themed dinner show.

Clue #7: Hugo and Beatrice Will Be the Disney Believe Storytellers

This one is not a clue, but rather an official announcement.

Guests boarding the Disney Wish were introduced to Hugo and Beatrice, who will serve as the storytellers onboard the Disney Believe.

Like the storytellers featured on the other Wish-class ships, Hugo and Beatrice are part of the Society of Sea-kers.

I really enjoyed Sage and Coriander when I sailed onboard the Disney Treasure, so I am excited to see what personalities and storylines Hugo and Beatrice bring to the Disney Believe when it begins sailing next year.

The Big Disney Believe Reveal Is Almost Here

I cannot wait to tune in live tomorrow, October 7 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern, to watch the official reveal from onboard the Disney Wish.

It will be fun to see which of these clues we have interpreted correctly, which of my original predictions were right, and what other surprises Disney has planned for the Disney Believe.

I will definitely have my prediction sheet nearby so I can check off the ones I got right as the announcements are made.

Whether my predictions are correct or not, I am just hoping Disney reveals enough exciting new spaces and experiences to have all of us ready to book a cruise.

Happy Cruising!
